BEING IN THE PRESENT

Thanks for joining me. The present, say Buddhists, is all there is; a collection of everything past forming at this moment.  Weird, huh?  Sometimes I like to think that the present is freedom from the past, though.  That’s what takes work: letting go of thoughts and attitudes, even of what we think reality is. It’s actually quite flexible once its vast possibilities can be glimpsed. I hope to maintain a healthy balance between stability and change in my life.
